* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
* Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days
* Dubai & Sharjah: 1–3 business days
* Northern Emirates: 2–4 business days

Delivery Charges
* Free delivery on orders of AED 200 or more
* Orders below AED 200: Delivery fee calculated at checkout

Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support channels.
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner.
