Returns & Refunds Policy
At Maxina Lifestyle, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
* Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
* Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
* The product box, wrapping, and accessories must be in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
* Opened perfumes
* Used products
* Gift cards
* Promotional or clearance items
* Products damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
* The product
* The packaging
* The shipping label
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refunds
* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
* Damaged products
* Defective products
* Incorrect items received
